Services We Provide
How Well are Your Finances Weathering the Storm? Notice about COVID-19: We are still open (virtually, and via phone & email). Our office has already been working with multiple clients to transition to a paperless environment wherever possible, prior to this horrific epidemic. We are now working with clients to update their existing workspaces to accomodate the multi-state scenarios of “stay-at-home” orders from various governors and mayors. We are working with many clients to update their systems to handle remote accessibility for both their employees and their clients as quickly and as safely as possible, keeping in mind the priority scenarios require essential businesses to continue working as normal as possible during this situation. As of 3pm, April 9, 2020, Governor Whitmer has extended our state’s stay-at-home executive order, thus requiring further implementation of remote accessibility to whomever we can help throughout the remainder of April, 2020. We have the capability of remotely installing software and updating computers and networks as long as the host computers have access to the internet. We are working with clients to adhere to CDC requirements for social distancing, along with helping clients keep their essential business activities online. If you have any questions, please call our office to see what we can do to assist. Despite the obvious chaos of the above global pandemic, we’re still in the midst of the 2019 tax season. We do have good news for many individuals and businesses that still have not filed tax returns: the deadline for filing has autmatically been extended to July 15, 2020 for individuals and C-corporations accordingly. The estimated payments for the first quarter 2020 are also extended until July 15, 2020, along with any 2019 tax payments owed when filing your tax returns. Although there are extensions on the tax returns, we are still diligently working with clients to complete and prepare those returns for e- filing accordingly. Further news recently shared across the many news media outlets, share several small business loan options to help those businesses affected by the Covid19 epidemic and the state-required closures of many facilities until April 30, 2020. With this said, we are working to update the business pages of our website to provide some critical resources to assists business owners during this tough time. We will be updating our website over the upcoming days.
